Overview of Professionals and Training

We have a diverse team of professionals on our staff, including a licensed administrator, RN, LPN, Social Workers, CNA, PT, OT, Speech Therapist, and Dietitians. They all hold licenses or certificates for their positions. We provide in-service training on pertinent topics throughout the year. Many of these training sessions are mandatory, and most clinicians must maintain continuing education to keep their licenses current.

Measures for Resident Safety and Well-being

Each room and bathroom has a call bell system. The standard of care involves checking on our residents every 2 hours. Ensuring the safety of our residents is always our #1 concern.

Support Services for Transition into the Community

Our Nursing, Unit Managers, Social Services, and Activities departments work together to ensure that new residents are introduced and assisted in adapting to our community. We are aware that a long-term care transition can be challenging, and we are here to support both the residents and their families.

Transportation Services

We can assist with scheduling medical transportation for appointments.

Dining Experience

Residents are encouraged to eat meals outside of their rooms if they wish. We have a dayroom located on the nursing units as well as a dining room that is open for lunch service.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints

Complaints or concerns can be brought to the attention of the nursing staff. Additionally, our administrative staff is always available to assist with any concerns you may have.

Communication with Resident's Families

Immediate changes to a resident's medication or health should be communicated to family members as soon as possible. Care conferences involving the whole care team for your loved one are conducted at a minimum on a quarterly basis. However, someone is always available to assist if needed.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Respite stays are welcome here at a cost of $288 a day for a semi-private room.

Pet-friendly Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. I have included a copy of our pet policy. We do love to have pets visit.

Vaccinations

Yes, we offer Covid vaccinations as needed and flu vaccinations yearly.

Aging in Place

Yes, we are a long-term care community.

Notice

Pets ARE permitted in this facility.

• Documentation (hard copies) of the animal’s current vaccinations must be submitted before entry.
• All animals must be leashed at all times while on the premises.
