Staff and Training

Our staff includes Resident Care Aides, Registered Nurses (RNs), and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). They undergo standard required training, as well as specific training for new procedures or equipment use.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents through 24/7 staffing, on-site security, emergency pull cords in each apartment, and personal emergency buttons that are wearable.

Transition Support Services

Yes, we offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community.

Transportation Services

Transportation services for residents are available Monday through Friday.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience features a restaurant menu style dining room with wait staff and table side service. It is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with two hours allocated for each meal. Meals can also be delivered to residents' apartments.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Communication is key in addressing any concerns or complaints. Any staff member can assist, and we also have a Resident Council for this purpose.

Cost of Living

The monthly, private-pay rent is $6,995, with an additional second person fee of $1,465 if applicable.

Family Communication Policy

We maintain an open-door policy for communication with residents' families, keeping them updated through email, phone calls, and other means as necessary.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We have offered short-term or respite stays in the past at the same rental cost. Currently, our facilities are occupied with long-term leases.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. In our Assisted Living, we limit to one cat per resident, and the resident is required to maintain all care. We are currently looking at a potential 1-2 month wait for assisted/enhanced assisted living apartments, though this timeframe could change.
