ASSISTED LIVING

Casa del Maré assisted living provides an individualized care plan developed through a comprehensive assessment involving you and your care providers (physicians and family). The service-level system concentrates on your personal care support with a range of services that offer flexibility and meet your specific needs and desires.

Choose from a variety of one and two bedroom, open floor plans with large windows, a full kitchen, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Select apartment styles feature stunning lake views, balconies and walk-in closets. The monthly rate includes utilities, meals, and up to 3 hours of service weekly.

• Two Bedroom Apartment Home 834 - 876 sq. ft. $5,415 - $5,645

Monthly Service Level Rates

• Level 1 (up to 3 hours of service per week) Included in monthly rate
• Level 2 (4 - 7 hours of service per week) $525/month
• Level 3 (8 - 14 hours of service per week) $1,350/month
• Level 4 (15 - 21 hours of service per week) $2,175/month
• Level 5 (22 - 28 hours of service per week) $3,000/month

Blu Grotto

CASA DEL MARÉ MEMORY CARE

Blu Grotto® is our unique, evidence-based approach to memory care that promotes well-being, engagement and freedom of movement for seniors living with dementia in need of a physical and emotional safe haven. Each resident’s service level is personalized through a comprehensive health assessment coordinated closely with the resident’s care providers (physicians & family) and the individual. The most frequently used care levels are outlined below; however, additional levels of care are available should the need arise.

Supportive Services

• Three balanced meals served daily plus snacks
• Trained staff available to assist residents with activities of daily living 24 hours a day

• Access to visiting specialty services such as physical and occupational therapy, podiatry, home health nursing care, and hospice care
• Management of care and outside services by the nursing staff

Assisted Living Options

In our Assisted Living, we offer 1- & 2-bedroom apartment options. Our apartments come equipped with full kitchens and some feature balconies. For our Memory Care community, we provide studio apartments.

Comprehensive Care Plans

Our comprehensive care plans for both communities offer an array of care & services to support the evolving needs of every individual. These plans include laundry, 3 meals a day, housekeeping, a pendant for emergencies, medication management, and more. All utilities are included, along with a robust activity calendar to keep our residents engaged and active.
