We’re a Licensed, Private Pay, Faith-Based Community Offering a Continuum of Care

Our community provides a range of services including Assisted Living, Extended Care, and Memory Care, with a special emphasis on Dementia and Alzheimer. At this time, we do not have a waiting list.

I’ve attached our 2024 price sheet for review and consideration. I hope you find this information helpful.

Assisted Living (2 room options):

• Private Studio - Single Private Room with Bath starts at - $4,000 per month* per person.
• Private Suite- Two Private Rooms with two Baths start at - $5,600 per month single individual/ $8,000 for a couple.

This includes three delicious meals daily, wholesome between meal snacks, activities, daily light housekeeping services, weekly linen changes, and a Lifeline personal call pendant.

*Our Care packages for assisted living range from an additional $875/month to an additional $3,230/month depending on the care needs.

Memory Care Home:

All-Inclusive care – Private Single Studio $7,245 per month

Assisted Living Extended Care:

(Care is all-Inclusive) Highest level of care, Private Single Studio- $9,240 per month

All residents admitted to St. Anne’s Mead are strongly encouraged to have received the COVID-19 vaccination prior to admission. At this time, we do not have a waiting list.
