Our facility is staffed with professionals specializing in Geriatric care, wound care, PSYCH care, and more. We have an in-house ARNP, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and therapists for physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Respiratory therapy services are available for patients in need. Our staff undergoes quarterly education and training updates, with an in-house educator and access to CEUs through online and external resources.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

While we do not offer wanderguard, lockdown, or memory care units, we ensure safety through coded door entry, 24-hour camera surveillance, and close monitoring of elopement risk patients.

Transition into the Community

Our Social Service department assists with home health, hospice services, apartment placement, moving services, and ordering necessary items to facilitate residents' transition into the community.

Transportation Services

We provide our own transport vehicle and arrange external transportation for clinic visits, procedures, outside activities, and discharge.

Dining Experience

Our dining options include café style and in-room services, managed by a Chef who ensures adherence to dietary restrictions and guidelines.

Complaint and Issue Resolution

Complaints and grievances are formally recorded and managed by our Social Service department, ensuring thorough investigation and resolution, with outcomes communicated to residents or families.

The semi-private rate is $293.70, and the private rate is $298.00. Therapy services are billed at $1.98 per minute.

Communication with Residents' Families

We keep families updated through care plan meetings, significant status changes, and family council meetings. Families can also contact the facility anytime for updates.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Respite services are available, typically through contracts with Hospice agencies, with costs for private pay as previously stated.

Pet-Friendly Community

We welcome pets with updated shot records and ensure they are safe and friendly, with accommodations for semi-private rooms and common area visits.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents can receive Covid and Flu vaccinations within the facility.

Aging in Place

We offer long-term care placement, allowing residents to age in place. We have a waitlist for LTC placement, with an approximate wait time of six months to a year.
