Could you share pricing and any other general information?

Pricing starts at $7,000.00 and is dependent on a level of care assessment and the desired suite type. We have three different suites to choose from. The examples of these can be found in the attachment.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have 24-hour nursing on-site and each one of our staff members participates in monthly, specialized dementia training to keep their knowledge relevant.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We do hourly checks on all residents, we have care plans to each resident's specific needs and we have a motion sensor in each room that is turned on at night to alert staff if someone is up and needing to be checked on.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

Our staff is specially trained to help new residents get comfortable at Springs Ranch. We do enlist the help of homecare, hospice, and palliative in addition to our care provided, if needed.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

We do provide transportation services for our residents and will need notice of any planned trips so we can schedule staff accordingly.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We have two dining areas: one is a general dining and one provides assistance with feeding and a quieter environment. We provide three meals daily along with snacks at each activity and we update our menu weekly. We also provide a la cart options for meal alternatives.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

Please bring any issues up to our administrative staff, our Executive Director, Karen Young, will be happy to speak to families and will take immediate action to correct any issue or complaint.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

Our care staff speaks with families regularly and families are encouraged to call in at any time to check in on the status of their loved one.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

We offer day stays at a maximum of 14 hours and this cost is $45.00 an hour. We also provide respite stays at a minimum of 14 days and the starting cost is $305.00 per day and that cost is dependent on a level of care assessment.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes, pets are able to stay with us at an additional cost depending on an assessment and resident's ability to care for that pet.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes, both are offered at our community.

Are residents able to age in place?

Because Springs Ranch has 24-hour nursing we are able to care for residents well beyond the normal limitations of other memory care communities. Our goal is for our residents to age in place. We are not on a waitlist.
