Could you provide an overview on the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have a team of specialized physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, therapists and many more professionals that work to provide the care of the patients. We constantly have meetings and trainings that we attend to ensure maintained professional care.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We have emergency action plans in place that help lookout for the patients care.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

Yes and we have a Social Worker to help the patient along with the family along the transition.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes we do however we do not cover the costs of transportation.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

The patients are welcome to eat in their room or in the dining room. Patients get the menu beforehand so they know what to expect and if the options are not their favorite, there is an alternative menu available.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

Patients have a Social Worker that advocates for the patient and helps resolve disputes.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

A Social Worker helps communicate with family as needed. For medical questions, nursing is also available.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Yes, depends on each situation.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes, pets are able to visit the facility and their friends or family.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes, and we have nurses here that can help with that request.

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes as long as the facility is able to continue to meet patients needs.
