Overview of Staff and Training
Our facility is staffed with a diverse range of professionals including nurses, caregivers, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are available onsite 24 hours a day. We also have physicians who visit the community and maintain an office within our premises. Additionally, we offer onsite physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and speech therapy services. Our staff undergoes ongoing training beyond their initial hiring, which includes both in-person and online modules/presentations.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have pull cords in every apartment's bathroom and bedroom, as well as in other strategic locations around the community. We also offer a personal pendant for a one-time fee of $195, which allows residents to alert our 24/7 care staff. Our concierge service is available around the clock to assist during the night.
Transition Support Services
We facilitate a smooth transition for new residents through our move-in-momentum program, a month-long procedure where directors meet with new residents to introduce them to our teams, services, and community navigation. We also have a resident ambassador program to provide friendship and assistance during the transition period.

Dining Experience
We provide a restaurant-style dining experience with a rotating menu, daily specials, and an always available menu.
