Overview of Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with a diverse range of professionals including nurses, caregivers, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are available onsite 24 hours a day. We also have physicians who visit the community and maintain an office within our premises. Additionally, we offer onsite physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and speech therapy services. Our staff undergoes ongoing training beyond their initial hiring, which includes both in-person and online modules/presentations.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have pull cords in every apartment's bathroom and bedroom, as well as in other strategic locations around the community. We also offer a personal pendant for a one-time fee of $195, which allows residents to alert our 24/7 care staff. Our concierge service is available around the clock to assist during the night.

Transition Support Services

We facilitate a smooth transition for new residents through our move-in-momentum program, a month-long procedure where directors meet with new residents to introduce them to our teams, services, and community navigation. We also have a resident ambassador program to provide friendship and assistance during the transition period.

Transportation Services

Our community offers transportation services within a 10-mile radius.

Dining Experience

We provide a restaurant-style dining experience with a rotating menu, daily specials, and an always available menu. Our Executive Chef, Bastian, creates unique culinary experiences, incorporating resident feedback. We offer a variety of breakfast items, two entrée options for lunch, and three for dinner, along with soup or salad and dessert choices.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Our Executive Director, Stacy, is dedicated to the resident experience and serves as the liaison for handling complaints and issues, ensuring a responsive and personalized approach to resident concerns.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community varies based on the chosen lifestyle option—Independent Living, Enhanced Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care—and individual care plans.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our executive director manages all communication with residents' families, including regular care conferences for those in Assisted Living or Memory Care to discuss changes in condition and care plans.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays at a rate of $197/day, with additional costs for care after an initial assessment.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, with a general weight limit of 30lbs. However, we are willing to meet with larger animals to assess their suitability for our setting.

Assisted living provides 24-hour staffing and personalized care plans to meet the individual needs of residents. In addition to a variety of care services, assisted living also provides exercise classes focused on balance, walking and wellness, unique activities programming, and more.
