Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our community is staffed by Caregivers, Med Techs, and RN's. All direct patient care staff complete continued education on a regular basis through in-services as well as state-regulated continued education credits to maintain their licensure.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have multiple features in place to ensure resident safety such as; front desk staff during waking hours, 24 hour care staff, secured doors after 7pm with only resident access, a secured memory care unit, staff trained in HIPPA, and multiple other precautions.

Resources and Support for Transition

Our leadership team is able to assist families with moving resources as well as guide them in techniques to make their loved ones feel at home. Our resident and staff welcoming committee love making new residents feel welcome and taking them under their wing as they adjust to their new home.

Transportation Services

Yes! We have a community bus and van. We transport residents to doctors' appointments, scheduled outings, and scenic drives.

Dining Experience

Our menu is curated by a nutritionist and rotates on a seasonal basis. We have a daily special as well an a la carte menu for breakfast. We are able to accommodate diet modifications per doctor's order.

Resident Grievance Process

There is a grievance book kept at the front desk that is reviewed in the management meeting daily so that any concerns are dealt with immediately and appropriately. Floor staff are responsible for reporting any resident concerns to the correct person in a timely manner. Our residents have a council in order for them to discuss in group grievances they have in an organized setting.

Cost of Living

The cost-of-living fluctuates based off of the floor plan and level of assistance needed by the individual.

Communication with Resident's Families

Assisted living residents have regular care plan conference meetings with the Assisted Living Director and their POA in order to keep open communication regarding their cares. The community staff are available to discuss cares with the resident's POA whenever needed. Any change in condition is reported accordingly.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Our rental contract is on a month-to-month basis.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes! We love our furry friends and have many pets in the community.

Waitlist Information

We have a waitlist for specific floor plans as well as floor plans that are currently available and rent ready. The apartment availability is dependent upon the individual's needs.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Yes. Residents are able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community.

Aging in Place

Yes. Spring Creek is proud to be our residents forever home. We offer Retirement, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. We are able to support our residents from the day them move in until end of life as we work with local in-home hospice agencies.
