Levels of Care

Basic assisted living services are included in the monthly service fee. However, a key benefit of assisted living is the ability to individualize both plans of care and corresponding fees so as needs progress, we can continue to provide service.

Our comprehensive assessment tool will be reviewed in detail during your visit. Based on this assessment, we can determine if your needs would best be met in one of three levels of care. These fees are in addition to your monthly suite fee.

• Level One: 1-3 points $300
• Level Two: 4-7 points $500
• Level Three: 8-14 points $800
• Level Four: 15-20 points $1,100
• Level Five: 21-40 points $1,400
• Level Six: 41+ points $1,700

Reservation and Move-in Fee

You may reserve a suite at Spring Arbor for up to two weeks by placing a $3,000 Reservation Fee. The Reservation Fee is 100% refundable until the date of move-in. Upon move-in the Reservation Fee is converted to a One Time Move-in Fee and is non-refundable.

Reservation and Move - in Fee

You may reserve a suite at Spring Arbor for up to two weeks by placing a $3,000 Reservation Fee. The Reservation Fee is 100% refundable until the date of move-in. Upon move-in the Reservation Fee is converted to a One Time Move-in Fee and is non-refundable.
