Options Overview
All options include a nonrefundable $7,500 Community Fee and are eligible for the Continuing Care Discount after two years of occupancy as identified in the Lease Agreement, Schedule E. Prices below reflect basic floor plans. Therefore, specific pricing for some villas will vary depending on upgrades made to the home.

For all Options, after residing in an apartment home for two years, residents are eligible for the Continuing Care Discount as outlined in the Lease Agreement, Schedule E.
*Life Lease Entry Fees are subject to change annually.
**All refunds are distributed when the apartment home is re-leased to a new resident. The Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500) Community Fee is part of the Entry Fee and is non-refundable. Therefore, it is deducted from Option #1 and Option #2 prior to calculating the refund.
***Monthly Service Fees will change annually. For Option #2 and #4, the reduced monthly service fee is always $150 less than the current monthly service fee for Option #1 and Option #3. No reduced monthly service fee option will be offered for Option 1a.
