Team and Experience
Our team is constructed by 7 managers. Some of our team members have been here for years so they all have extensive experience. Aside from our management team, each team has their own staff who go through multiple trainings on a yearly basis.- Executive Director (Has been in the industry 19 years)

- Maintenance Director (Has worked at our community for 8 years)

- Community Relations Director (Has worked at our community for 6 years)
Safety Measures
As for our safety measures, we have staff onsite 24/7 on the premises. We lock our entire community at 9PM. We also have yearly evacuation preparedness twice a year in case of an emergency.Resident Support
We provide our residents with moving resources that can help during the move such as movers, real estate agents, and downsizing support. Once they are in the community, we have a welcoming committee who help ease the transition to our community.Dining Experience
We have all-day dining restaurant style from 7:30AM - 6:30PM. We always have one special for breakfast, two specials for lunch, and two different specials for dinner. Additionally, we have an alternative menu. I have attached a sample of our menu. As for our culinary team, our Chef worked at the French Laundry in Yountville, so he has great culinary experience. I would recommend scheduling an in-person lunch tour.Complaint Resolution
It all depends on what their complaint is and what department it relates to. Usually, the resident will meet with the department their complaint is about and if they aren't able to resolve it then the complaint is addressed by our Executive Director.Communication
Anytime there are any changes in our community both our residents and their primary contact are notified. If a resident was to go to the hospital, our front desk has a binder with everyone's emergency contact information, so we can inform them.Respite Stay
We currently don't offer a respite stay at our community due to our lack of available apartments. If we were to have one, it's $225 per night with everything included. If a prospect is trying out our community, we usually waive their stay.Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community.Apartment Availability
We have a waiting list for specific apartments, but we currently do have availability.Health and Wellness
Yes, we have vaccination clinics at our community. The next one is coming up in about a week.Living Options
Yes, they are able to age in place. We offer independent and assisted living services. We also allow hospice, home care, and palliative care. Currently, we have 1 and 2-bedroom apartments available for rent.Exceptional Care and Comfort
At Cogir of Sonoma, we prioritize providing exceptional care and comfort to all our residents, allowing them to age in place.
Premium Amenities
Our premium amenities include all-day dining, utilities, cleaning and laundry services, transportation, and various activities and outings.

We also offer a membership to one of our local fitness centers called Parkpoint Health Club.
