Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Yes and no. It depends on the style apartment that you are looking for.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
On call Physicians and Physician Assistants, on staff - RN, LPNs, CNAs, MedTechs
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Besides 24/7 nursing care and assistance from our care staff, the managers in all other departments interact with the residents daily. Residents sign in and out when going on appointments, they are checked on multiple times throughout the day as well as evening.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
Yes. All departments and resident ambassadors help with the transition.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
All day dining, 7:30-6:00. Always available menu as well as specials offered at each meal, 7 days/week. The specials are decided at the weekly ‘Menu Chat’ between the Director of Dining and the residents.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
Our Executive Director has an open door policy and will speak to any resident and family member about grievances. There is a Grievance Policy as well that all are educated on. If a complaint is with regard to a certain department, usually going to the Director of that Department is best. The concierge will help point a resident in the right direction and is always available to help.
What is the cost of living in your community?
$3950 - $5650 depending on style apt. see attached.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
On-going.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Yes, $175-$200./day. Minimum 30 days.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
We offer both, annually in September.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes. We are a combined AL and IL community. Residents can age gracefully in place in the same apt. We also have an LNS license which enables them to live here through the end of life, with hospice care.
