Our facility is a comprehensive care environment that serves as both a live-in care facility and a rehabilitation center. Catering to individuals who require constant care, our establishment functions similarly to a nursing home, focusing on providing skilled care and support to our residents.

Pet Policy

While our facility does not allow residents to keep pets on a permanent basis, we understand the importance of the bond between our residents and their pets. Therefore, visitors are permitted to bring pets into the facility for short visits, ensuring that residents can enjoy the comfort and companionship of their furry friends from time to time.

Transportation Services

To facilitate easy access to medical appointments, including dialysis, our facility provides transportation services. A dedicated driver is available to ensure that residents can reach their appointments safely and on time, offering peace of mind to both residents and their families.

Dining Experience

Our dining service is designed with a focus on dietary needs and health. While the dining experience may resemble a cafeteria style, residents have some options to choose from, ensuring that their meals are not only nutritious but also cater to their personal preferences. Our Staff

The backbone of our facility is our dedicated staff, which includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Additionally, we have an on-site nurse practitioner and visiting doctors to ensure comprehensive medical care and oversight for all residents.

While currently, we do not have a dedicated website or Facebook page for sharing updates or activities, we understand the importance of communication between residents and their loved ones. Our facility encourages direct communication, and in response to the challenges posed by COVID-19, we have implemented systems to keep families informed about their loved ones' well-being.

Addressing Complaints

Our approach to handling complaints is centered around direct communication and immediate action. Residents are encouraged to voice any concerns or complaints directly to their nurse, aide, or the administrator.
