Overview of Our Staff and Training

Our staff includes professionals across various fields: administrative, dining, lifestyles, engineering, sales/marketing, accounting, concierge, nursing (CNA, CMA, LPN), and healthcare administration. All certified and licensed personnel comply with State regulations and undergo ongoing training to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Measures for Safety and Well-being of Residents

We prioritize our residents' safety with an emergency call system and call buttons. Care is delivered according to State regulations, and our facility adheres to stringent fire and life safety codes, including the installation of sprinklers and smoke detectors throughout the property.

Resources and Support Services for Transition into Community

We offer robust support for residents transitioning into our community, maintaining relationships with various professionals and organizations such as geriatric care managers, therapists, Alzheimer's Association, Parkinson's Association, Jewish Family Services, and Senior Services North Fulton.

Transportation Services

Individual transportation is available 5-days a week within a 10-mile radius. We also offer transportation for regular group outings, events, and excursions, ensuring residents can maintain their social and community engagements.

The Dining Experience

Our dining experience includes restaurant-type service encompassing meals and dining events for independent, assisted living, and memory care residents. We provide four dining areas: a casual bistro shared space and individual dining rooms for independent, assisted, and memory care.

Complaint or Issue Resolution Process

Residents can report any complaints or issues to the concierge, the Director of the specific department, the Associate Executive Director, or the Executive Director, based on their preference.

Policy on Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain regular communication with residents' families, keeping them updated about their loved ones' well-being. Specific policies and methods of communication are tailored to ensure family members stay informed and engaged.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays based on availability, typically requiring a 60 – 90-day minimum stay. There is no entrance fee, and the charge is 10% added to the regular long-term rate, depending on the apartment offered.

Current Availability and Waitlist

At present, we have a waiting list for our memory care, a few apartments available in assisted living, and 1-bedroom & 2-bedroom apartments available in independent living.

Vaccination Availability

We offer annual flu vaccine clinics for residents. While we no longer provide Covid vaccine clinics, we assist residents in accessing vaccinations at various grocery and drug stores upon request. Transportation is available for these purposes.

Aging in Place

Most residents can age in place with our three levels of care and relationships with hospice companies. However, we do not offer acute or sub-acute care for services such as IV therapy, tube feedings, or advanced wound care. Independent living residents may hire private care for such services.
