Our Assisted Living rates begin at $4700 and Memory Care at $4400 monthly. We do staff a nurse in our healthcare community 24/7. These rates include comprehensive wellness programming, many services and amenities as well as 3 meals daily and utilities.

Pricing Information

Independent Living Apartments: Start at $3,850 a month. This includes two meals a day, utilities, all programming, and amenities.

Villa Garden Home Options: Begin at $5,200 a month.

Assisted Living: Starts at $4,700 a month.

Memory Care: At $4,400 a month.

Respite Care/Short-term Stays: 30-day minimum, costs vary.

Pet Deposit: $1,000 pet deposit. Restrictions in independent living apartments, 30 pounds or less. More flexibility in the villas.

Summerby Mount Pleasant is a Bridge Senior Living Community that offers a comprehensive and caring environment for seniors. Our community provides a range of living options to cater to the diverse needs of our residents.

Living Options

Our independent living options include villas or garden homes, as well as a variety of apartment sizes ranging from one to three bedrooms. For those requiring additional support, we have two neighborhoods dedicated to assisted living and two neighborhoods designed for memory care.

Amenities and Services

Residents at Summerby Mount Pleasant enjoy a host of amenities and services designed to make life comfortable and enjoyable. These include:

• Two meals a day included for independent living residents

• Availability of respite care with a 30-day minimum stay

• Two hours of maintenance assistance upon move-in for tasks such as hanging televisions and pictures

• Colored plates in memory care to improve food intake

Staff and Training

Our staff is thoroughly trained to meet the needs of our residents, especially those in memory care. We ensure that every team member, from maintenance to housekeeping, is equipped with the necessary training. We have nurses available 24/7 in our healthcare side, and we maintain staffing ratios based on care staff without exploiting regulatory loopholes.

Healthcare Partnerships

While we do not have doctors on staff, we have partnerships with two physician practices that see residents on-site. One practice maintains an office on our campus with a nurse present five days a week, a medical assistant three days a week, and a physician one day a week.

Safety and Security

Our community prioritizes the safety and well-being of our residents. Assisted living and memory care staff interact with residents every two hours, and during the evening, they perform wellness checks. Residents have access to pendants and alarms in their apartments for emergencies. Additionally, our concierge desk is manned 24/7 for added security.

Communication and Feedback

Residents and their families can stay informed through monthly newsletters, activity programming, and an invitation-only website called LifeLoop. Our management team is also readily available by telephone, email, and in person to address any concerns or complaints.
