Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
No, however, we do have a limited number of apartments available, and these are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Could you share pricing and any other general information?
Pricing varies based on apartment sizes and levels of care needs. I would encourage you to come in for more detailed information and visit with myself or our marketing team.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
All staff are Arizona State Board Certified from a State approved training program. We have a licensed nurse on staff as our Wellness Director. I am licensed in both Assisted Living and Nursing Home Administration both at the National and State level.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
The health and safety of our residents and employees are always at the forefront of everything we do daily. We have a secured memory care unit for residents requiring additional care in this particular area. We also conduct scheduled assessments from our Wellness Director to ensure care needs are met. We encourage families to participate in those assessments.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We do have an entire team of professionals here to assist and welcome new residents to our community.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
We do offer medical transportation.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We offer a wide range of culinary experiences in our dining room. We use state-of-the-art robotics in our dining room as well. We offer restaurant-style dining with wait staff and can accommodate families as well.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
We have a grievance process that is covered during the move-in process. Management has an open-door policy and addresses concerns that are brought to our attention.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families?
We encourage families to have an active involvement in the community.
How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Families are updated on an on-going basis and are encouraged to actively participate in the service planning and care planning process.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Are you all a pet-friendly community?
We are a pet friendly community. We would need licensing and vaccinations for each pet to remain in compliance with State codes.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Residents are offered annual vaccinations based on physician orders.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes. No, however, we do have a limited number of apartments available, and these are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
