Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide an emergency pendant for $50/month. This pendant features GPS tracking and can provide emergency services with the resident's exact location at the press of a button.

Transition Support Services

We offer resources and support services to aid residents in their transition into our community, ensuring a smooth and comfortable adjustment period.

Transportation Services

Our community offers scheduled transportation services for residents, including designated days for shopping, doctor appointments, and fun outings.

Dining Experience

We serve three meals a day in our dining room, offering a restaurant-style experience. Residents order off menus for each meal, and our servers take their orders and bring them their entrees.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

If a resident has a complaint or an issue, they are encouraged to speak with the Executive Director to have it addressed promptly and effectively.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our policy on communication with residents' families involves keeping them updated about their loved ones' well-being through regular updates and open lines of communication.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays based on availability, with a minimum of a 30-day stay.

Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community to ensure their health and safety.
