Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff includes an Assisted Living Director, nurses, and resident coordinators in the assisted living facility. We also provide therapy services, housekeeping, and social work. In the skilled nursing facility, we have a team of nurses, CNAs, social workers, therapists, a dietician, and housekeeping staff. Additional services such as psychology, psychiatry, wound care, and various auxiliary services are available on-site. We offer inpatient occupational, speech, and physical therapy for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, our skilled nursing facility is equipped with call lights for residents to signal when they need assistance. In the assisted living facility, residents have pendants that allow nurses and resident coordinators to locate them within the building when they require help.

Transition Support Services

We provide discharge planning through our social work department to support residents transitioning back into the community. Our social workers assist with ordering equipment, setting up home health care, and arranging any other necessary services.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services for our residents.

Dining Experience

We accommodate various diets and offer menu alternatives. Residents can choose to eat in the communal dining room or in their own rooms.

We have a grievance policy and process in place to identify and resolve any complaints or issues raised by residents.

Cost of Living

The cost for a private room in our skilled nursing facility (SNF) is $264 per day, while a semi-private room is $248 per day. In assisted living, a studio costs $3,800 and a one-bedroom is $4,500.

We maintain communication with residents' families through phone calls and text messages to inform them of any changes or general facility updates and events.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer short-term and respite stays. The cost for SNF is $264 per day. In assisted living, a studio costs $3,800 and a one-bedroom is $4,500.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, allowing cats in our Assisted Living facility as long as the resident can care for their pet.

We currently have a waitlist for our skilled nursing facility but do not have one for our Assisted Living.

We are a 99-bed skilled nursing facility and 60-bed assisted living facility. We accept most insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare, and private pay.

Assisted Living

Our Assisted Living facility provides studio and one-bedroom apartments. We currently have availability in both options for those seeking a comfortable and supportive living environment.
