We have a staff of approximately 100 employees. These staff range from an Administrator, administrative assistant, Culinary Director, dietary aides, cooks, Maintenance Director, maintenance assistant, housekeepers, laundry aides, Director of Nursing, nurses (RN & LPNs), CNAs, Activity Director, activity assistants, Social Services Director, Medical Director (Doctor), and Nurse Practitioner. All staff must pass a background check prior to starting and complete a Dependent Adult Abuse & Dementia class. We also have mandatory monthly in-services that range from fall prevention to disaster preparedness. The healthcare staff additionally undergoes a monthly in-service related to proper nursing procedures.Measures for Resident Safety and Well-being
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have well-checks, several cameras throughout the building, and alarm systems on exit doors.Resources and Support for Transitioning
Our Director of Social Services conducts a social history with incoming residents and shares this with staff to help transitions. The Activity Director also plays a crucial role by matching incoming residents with those who have shared interests and encouraging participation in activities.Transportation Services

We provide three meals per day with two choices for main entrees and sides, along with one dessert. A small a la carte menu is also available. We have two dining rooms in the care center, one of which is dedicated to residents requiring assistance with eating or those on mechanical soft or thickened liquid diets.Complaint and Issue Resolution
Residents typically discuss complaints or issues with their floor nurse, but they can also approach the Social Services Director. We display the local Long-Term Care Ombudsman’s contact details within the building. Additionally, we hold monthly resident council meetings.Communication with Residents' Families
