Staff and Supervision

We have licensed CNAs, Med Techs, and our Wellness Coordinator, who supervises them and manages the residents’ needs, is a Licensed LPN.

Emergency Protocols

Our residents receive a pendant to press in the event of an emergency. The staff complete a walk-through and frequent check-ins with all the residents on all shifts 24 hours per day.

Medicaid and VA Information

We can provide information for VA recipients. While we can admit Medicaid Long Term Care residents, we do not process the application for the Medicaid Waiver.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation within a 7-mile radius of the community unless otherwise approved by the Executive Director for a more extended trip, such as for doctor’s appointments, activities, and events.

Dining Information

The dining hours for breakfast are 7:30-8:45, with breakfast made to order. There are 2 seating times for lunch and dinner. Lunch times are 11:30am for the first seating and 12:30pm for the second seating. Dinner times are 4:30pm for the first seating and 5:30pm for the second seating. The dining room experience is restaurant style, with residents having a menu and the dining staff taking orders and serving.

Resident Admission and Grievances

Upon admission, all residents are greeted by department heads for issues related to specific needs or concerns. Our Executive Director facilitates any grievances, and we have grievance forms for all residents to fill out, which our ED reviews and works steadily to resolve.

Communication

Residents' families will also receive all department heads' information and emails. Our concierge will relay any missed calls or messages. All residents have a phone and landline that also goes to the front desk, where they can call in the event of an emergency, and families are encouraged to do the same.

Respite Care

We offer short-term and long-term respite. Respite is set at $150 per day for Assisted Living and $200 per day for memory care, with a minimum stay of 2 weeks or more.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community. There is a $500 security one-time payment for residents who wish to have a pet. We would like to keep all pets at 20 lbs or less, and they should all come in with the most current clear bill of health and shot records. Residents are responsible for the care and maintenance of all pets in the community.

Health and Vaccinations

We encourage all residents to obtain vaccines from their primary physicians.

Commitment to Care

Sodalis believes that all residents will be cared for as long as they wish to be a resident in our community. Caring for our residents who are aging in place is the most important part of our mission here at Sodalis. We can organize PT, OT, Home Health, and Hospice with a doctor’s order. If a resident no longer meets criteria based on an ailment, that intervention would be facilitated by all professional personnel and family members (POA).
