Overview of Staff and Training

Our staff consists of various professionals including a Manager, Assistant Manager, Sales Consultant, Lifestyle Coordinator, and two On-site Maintenance professionals. These team members undergo rigorous training at our facility to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and care.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have a Courtesy patrol from 9 PM till 5 AM who patrol both inside and outside our community. Additionally, all our doors and gates are locked during these hours.

Transition Support Services

We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community. New residents are welcomed and, if they wish, can be introduced to the community during our special events.

Transportation Services

We do not offer transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

We provide complimentary breakfasts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Additionally, appetizers and refreshments are offered during some of our events.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

Residents can address their complaints or issues to our office staff or fill out a work order on our portal.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our policy is to communicate directly with residents to keep them informed about their well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer a short-term lease option. However, we have a guest room available for residents to book for their families or friends at $125 per night.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. We have two dog-run yards and a pet spa.

Waitlist Status

Currently, we do not have a waitlist.

COVID and Flu Vaccinations

Residents are not able to get COVID or flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

We are a 55+ Active Adult Community. Residents who qualify can stay as long as they wish.

Built in 2019, Solana Lakewood has both 1 & 2 Bedroom apartment homes featuring luxury stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, full size washers/dryers and a balcony/patio in each home. We are a pet friendly community, offering a pet spa and pet park, among our other numerous resort-style amenities.

Our core purpose at Solana Lakewood is to deliver a place where residents can enjoy living in a dynamic community that embraces a happy and active lifestyle. Relaxation is key so we made sure to include luxurious resort-style amenities and services for a sense of well-being inside and out.

Our monthly Event Calendar lets you choose from at least 3 events a day enabling you to live the 55+ Active Adult lifestyle you deserve! Solana Lakewood offers a complimentary continental breakfast, yoga classes, trivia, happy hours and many more activities for you to get involved.
