Overview of Staff and Training
Our staff consists of various professionals including a Manager, Assistant Manager, Sales Consultant, Lifestyle Coordinator, and two On-site Maintenance professionals. These team members undergo rigorous training at our facility to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and care.Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have a Courtesy patrol from 9 PM till 5 AM who patrol both inside and outside our community. Additionally, all our doors and gates are locked during these hours.Transition Support Services
We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community. New residents are welcomed and, if they wish, can be introduced to the community during our special events.Transportation Services
