Types of Professionals on Staff and Training

We employ Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and all of our caregivers undergo state-required training. Additionally, our medication technicians (med techs) are delegated for their roles.

Measures for Ensuring Safety and Well-being

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have emergency evacuation plans in place, and we conduct monthly training on elopements and fire drills.

Resources and Support Services for Transitioning

We partner with EmpowerMe for physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy (OT). Additionally, we have two resident ambassadors who assist new residents in acclimating to the community.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation to appointments twice a month for our residents, provided the destination is within a 15-mile radius.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is restaurant-style. Residents are seated at tables, and caregivers serve their meals. We also provide alternative meal options if a resident does not wish to have the menu offering of the day.

Process for Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can present any complaints or issues to our Executive Director or Health and Wellness Director, and these will be addressed promptly.

Policy on Communication with Families

Families are notified immediately of any changes in a resident's condition via a call to the designated family member with power of attorney (POA). For necessary care changes, we organize a care conference with the family.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays at the cost of $150 per day in Assisted Living and $200 per day in Memory Care. Stays are required to be a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 30 days.

Current Waitlist Status

There are no available studio apartments in Assisted Living and no available apartments for males in Memory Care at this time.

Vaccinations Available

Residents have the opportunity to receive both Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place at our community.
