Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

We do not currently have a waitlist. We do have immediate availability.

Could you share pricing and any other general information?

I will attach the floorplans and associated costs for you to review.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

  • We have a full time LVN who serves as our Health & Wellness Director. She oversees all care staff.
  • Medication Technicians – This role is responsible for ensuring that medications are ordered, delivered, and distributed to residents appropriately.
  • Resident Assistants – This role is responsible for caring for residents.
  • All staff must complete orientation and hands on training before starting a shift on their own. They also must complete monthly in-services and ongoing education to ensure that all resident needs are being addressed.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

Each of our residents are issued a pendant that they are to use if they might need assistance within the community.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We introduce our new residents to current residents that might have common interests and make sure that there is a familiar face. We also will make sure to provide more reminders about meals and activities to make sure that new residents are getting involved.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes. We provide transportation to and from doctors/medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We also have outings planned through the activities department.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We have a weekly menu of meals that are being served for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. If a resident does not like what is being served, they can always ask for an alternative meal. We typically have 4-5 different choices that are always available. All meals are served by our staff, restaurant style.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

All complaints will need to be addressed with either the Executive Director or the Health & Wellness Director. They both have an open door policy.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

Every family’s preference on communication is different. We discuss this during the admission process on how we all can best work together.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Depending on availability, we can offer a short-term stay.

  • Unfurnished apartment: $185 - $230/day (Depending on the level of care)
  • Furnished apartment: $215 - $260/day (Depending on the level of care)

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes. As long as the resident or designated caregiver is accepting of all responsibility related to the care of the pet.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes. We do host a flu vaccination clinic once a year. If you would like to receive a COVID or any other vaccine, it must be requested prior to the clinic day.

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes. There are some instances where residents care needs might exceed what assisted living is licensed to provide, but those situations are assessed with the Health & Wellness Director.
