Our staff undergoes comprehensive in-house training throughout the year to ensure they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to provide the highest standard of care.

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents by having nursing staff on-site 24 hours a day. Additionally, we offer a variety of activities developed and led by our recreation department to promote physical and mental health.

Transportation Services

While we do not offer non-medical transportation services, we can arrange transportation for medical appointments to ensure our residents' healthcare needs are met.

Dining Experience

Residents are provided with three meals a day and have the flexibility to dine in our dining room, in unit common areas, or in the privacy of their own room, catering to their preferences and comfort.

Addressing Resident Complaints and Issues

Our concierge or social work department takes the lead in following up on any resident issues, ensuring they are addressed promptly and appropriately to maintain our standard of care.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community varies based on individual needs and insurance coverage. Room and board are priced at $490 per day, excluding rehabilitation services.

Communication with Residents' Families

Families are encouraged to communicate with our concierge, nursing unit managers, or social work department for updates on their loved ones' well-being, ensuring open and transparent communication.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer short-term subacute rehabilitation, with costs dependent on insurance coverage and individual needs. Currently, we do not offer respite care services.
