Introduction

I am happy to answer any questions you may have. In order to provide the most appropriate answers, it would be helpful for me to know a bit more about who you are specifically looking for. We offer Assisted Living as well as Memory Care, and there are many differences between the two. In the meantime, I will do my best to be as helpful as possible.

Professional Staff and Training

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? We follow state regulations as far as hiring and training. I have attached a copy for you to review.

Resident Safety and Well-being

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? Memory Care and Assisted Living have different protocols for this.

Transition Support for New Residents

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? Every new resident would be introduced to our resident ambassador, as well as escorts and reminders in their first 30 days from staff to attend activities and meals.

Transportation Services

Do you offer transportation services for residents? We do. Appointments are scheduled on Tuesdays, and in addition to that, we go on many trips. Shopping, parks, coffee, meals out, casinos, etc.

Dining Experience

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? This would be different in Assisted Living than in Memory Care. Memory Care residents are shown plated options while Assisted Living residents have a menu.

Grievance Process

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? We do have a grievance policy which I have attached.

Cost of Living

What is the cost of living in your community? Assisted Living and Memory Care vary, starting at $3,500 up to $6,900. Memory Care is all-inclusive, while Assisted Living would have an additional cost based on the level of care determined during the assessment.

Communication with Families

What is your policy on communication with residents' families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? We use a program called LifeLoop. We invite all residents and/or family to join upon admission. This helps keep everyone up to date with the day-to-day.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Do you offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? We do offer respite stays with a 2-week minimum, $220 a day for Assisted Living and $250 a day for Memory Care.

Pet Policy

Are you a pet-friendly community? Yes, we are! We love animals!

Waitlist Status

Do you currently have a waitlist? This would depend on exactly which apartment and unit.

Vaccination Availability

Are residents able to get Covid and flu vaccinations in the community? Yes.

Aging in Place Policy

Are residents able to age in place? Having our limited health license does help allow aging in place, however, we are not a nursing home. We do have open availability as we just opened a brand-new renovated floor!
