Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with dedicated professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. We have Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) available 24 hours a day, with a Nursing Manager and Associate Executive Director overseeing operations 5 days per week. Life Enrichment staff are available 7 days a week to keep residents engaged, while housekeeping and laundry services are provided weekly. Our reception is staffed from 8 am to 8 pm daily, with security covering the overnight shift.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide each resident with a personal help button for 24/7 assistance. CNAs perform checks on residents at least twice per shift to ensure their needs are met promptly.

Transition Support Services

New residents undergo an orientation with administration, and our staff assists them in familiarizing themselves with meals, activities, and different areas of the building until they feel comfortable in their new home.

Dining Experience

Our assisted living monthly fee includes three meals a day in our dining room. Residents have the option to choose from the daily menu or our Always Available menu, ensuring a variety of dining options.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can voice complaints or concerns at any time to the Associate Executive Director. We also hold monthly resident council meetings and dining meetings to address any global concerns or questions.

Cost of Living

The starting cost for assisted living in our community is $6,645.00 per month.

Communication with Residents' Families

Keeping families informed about their loved ones' well-being is a priority. Our Associate Director and Nurse Supervisor maintain open lines of communication throughout the residents' stay.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer a 90-day trial stay, starting at $6,645, with an approved financial application. Currently, we do not offer respite stays.

Pet-Friendly Community

We welcome pets to visit in residents’ apartments or on our outdoor patios, provided they are well-behaved in common spaces.

Availability and Waitlist

We currently have openings in Assisted Living, with no waitlist at this time.

Vaccinations

Covid and flu vaccinations are provided for our residents to ensure their health and safety.

Aging in Place

Our community supports aging in place, offering all levels of care to accommodate residents as their needs change over time.
