An Overview of Our Professional Staff and Their Training

Our staff undergoes initial state-required training and ongoing monthly training to ensure the highest standard of care. Training sessions cover topics such as dignity and respect, safe transfers, abuse & neglect, and how to care for residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Measures to Ensure Resident Safety and Well-Being

For the safety of our residents, community doors are locked and require key codes to enter and exit. Non-staff members can access the community only when accompanied by a staff member. Residents must sign out and notify staff of their whereabouts when leaving the community.

Resources and Support Services for Transitioning Residents

We offer an excellent activity program to help residents engage and make friends. Additionally, resident volunteers assist new residents in transitioning smoothly into the community.

Transportation Services

Our transportation services are primarily for activities and scheduled shopping trips. For doctor appointments, residents use Medicaid transportation or the Lift.

Dining Experience

We provide three meal choices and a variety of alternatives for residents to choose from, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

We have a formal grievance procedure in place to address any complaints or issues residents might have.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our Med Tech keeps families informed about any concerns regarding residents. If Med Tech staff are unable to reach families, management will step in to ensure proper communication. Management phone numbers are posted for after-hours contact.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term respite stays at a daily rate of $175.

Pet Policy

We do not accept pets.

Waitlist Status

We currently do not have a waitlist.

Vaccination Services

Flu vaccinations are scheduled seasonally within the community. COVID vaccinations are no longer provided on-site and must be arranged through residents' primary care physicians.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place as long as their condition remains manageable within our facility's capabilities. We support residents through end-of-life care with hospice services.
