Daily Rates Information

I can provide you with our daily rates during an in-person tour, where I can learn more about your loved one's care needs. However, our all-inclusive daily rates begin at $265/day for an early stage resident.

Overview of Staff and Training

All of our associates complete a 3-day onboarding process. Each position has additional training that varies depending on the exact position. There is also ongoing training on a monthly basis.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our exterior doors are all secure. This question is probably best answered during an in-person tour where you will see our team in action and address remaining questions at that time.

Transition Support Services

Since we specialize in memory care, there is a transition for every new resident. Our associates are well trained and are excellent at helping residents during this time. We can discuss this further during an in-person tour.

Transportation Services

Yes, we have a bus that can be booked for offsite medical appointments based on availability. In addition, our Nexus residents participate in regular outings.

Dining Experience

We offer three very full meals each day that are prepared onsite by our Culinary team. We incorporate the MIND diet into our menus.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

The resident or their family would address any concerns with a leadership team member, typically our Social Worker or Administrator.

Cost of Living

Communication with Residents' Families

This happens in many ways: Regular care plan meetings are scheduled, the nurse is always available to speak with you, as is the entire Leadership team, our Administrator sends out weekly “communication” emails to family members, and we send regular Constant Contact emails with event information. Most of our family members visit regularly and are able to ask questions as they occur.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we do offer respite stays with a 14-day minimum. Rates begin at $305/day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we have Community pets and also allow residents to have a pet. Family members are also able to bring a visiting pet. There are some rules regarding pets, including the need for vaccination records from the Vet.

Waitlist Information

I do not have a waiting list at the moment.

Vaccinations

Yes, COVID and Flu vaccinations are typically offered in the fall.

Aging in Place

Yes. We can help you to bring in hospice services if it becomes appropriate.
