Overview of Our Staff and Training

We have RN’S, QMA’S, CNA’S, Life Enrichment Team, Dietary Team, Social Worker, Director of Nursing, and much more. They go through different trainings depending on what role they are in.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Every resident has a call light in reach when they are in their rooms or bathrooms. They are also checked on often throughout the day. All staff are trained on emergencies as well.

Transportation Services

We do! $25 a round trip.

Dining Experience

Our residents pick their own meals the day before. We have different options for each meal every day. You can also attend Chef’s Circle once a month to give our chef suggestions!

Handling Complaints and Issues

Any staff member is able to assist. They will direct the issue or complaint to the right department. Our Executive Director will make sure this is followed up on in a timely manner.

Cost of Living

Studio- $5,919 a month
Conversion Room- $ 7,939
One time Community Fee of $3,750
Level of Care is how much nursing care was provided that month. This can changes as care needs change.
Level 1- $0/month
Level 2- $340/month
Level 3- $560/month
Level 4- $1,690/month

Communication with Resident's Families

Our nursing staff will contact families with any health changes or concerns immediately. We also will schedule care plans when a resident first moves in to help the resident and family have a smooth transition into our community.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do! A respite stay is $229 a day for a studio size room, and $309 a day for a conversion size room.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, as long as the resident is able to take care of their pet! Pets can also visit anytime. We often have therapy dogs in to visit.

Aging in Place

Yes! This is what makes Silver Oaks different than many facilities. We offer the full continuum of care in our community. Assisted Living, Memory Care, Short Term Rehab, and Long-Term Care. We also have Medicaid beds if a resident exhausts their funds. We will do everything we can to make sure our residents do not have to make multiple moves to multiple facilities. Aging in place is some important to us! I have one studio open on Assisted Living and one conversion room open. A conversion room means it is large enough for 2 people, or if you would just like more space!
