Sienna Lakes offers a comprehensive and luxurious living experience for seniors. Our community is designed to cater to various senior living needs, including independent living, and we are excited to announce the expansion of our services to include a full continuum of care.

Continuum of Care

As a licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), we are currently constructing facilities that will provide assisted living, memory care, and long-term care services. These new facilities are expected to be completed by the summer of 2024, enhancing our ability to serve our residents better.

Transportation Services

Sienna Lakes provides transportation services for residents, allowing them to easily access various shopping centers and local amenities. This service is included as part of the monthly service package, ensuring convenience and mobility for all our residents.

Moving Assistance

For new residents moving into our community, we offer a list of preferred movers and senior move managers. While residents are free to choose their own movers, our recommended list is available to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Dining Experience

Our community boasts four exquisite restaurants and two bars, providing a diverse and enjoyable dining experience. We serve lunch and dinner, with restaurant-style ordering from the menu. Additionally, we host a delightful brunch every Sunday. The restaurants have set hours for lunch and dinner, ensuring residents can plan their meals conveniently.

Staff and Services

Sienna Lakes is proud to have a dedicated and professional staff, including a doctor on staff, a nurse administrator, and a social worker. As we expand our care services, we will be adding more nursing staff to our team. Our community also provides essential services such as security, maintenance, housekeeping, IT services, and a salon for residents to enjoy.

Safety and Security

Our residents' safety is a top priority. Each apartment is equipped with pull cords in the bedroom and bathroom, and additional pull cords are located throughout the community. Our security staff, trained in emergency response, are ready to assist whenever a pull cord is activated. Residents also have the option to use personal pendants for added security.

Communication with Families

We maintain open lines of communication with residents' families, primarily through phone calls and emails. Our sales department and resident services team are always available to provide information and address any concerns.

Addressing Resident Concerns

If a resident has a complaint or concern, they can attend meetings or directly approach our executive director to ensure their voice is heard and their issues are addressed promptly.

Waitlist Information

Due to the high demand for our quality living arrangements, we currently have a waitlist with over 650 parties. While the majority are waiting for independent living, some are anticipating the opening of our continuing care services.

Sienna Lakes offers a variety of amenities to enhance the living experience of our residents. These include laundry services, a professional culinary team, and a range of recreational and social activities designed to promote a vibrant community life.
