Resources and Support Services for Transitioning into the Community

We have an onboarding meeting with each new resident. Additionally, we have a Resident Ambassador group and assign each move-in with a Resident Ambassador as a peer resource.

Transportation Services for Residents

Scheduled transportation to area medical appointments is included.

Dining Experience

- Restaurant style, cook to order. - Scheduled dining hours. - Comprehensive daily menu, as well as a daily specialty. - IL/AL dine together in the Cast Iron Grill, Memory Support dines in our MS Community.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues

We have a suggestion/note box that is confidential. Residents can also lift an issue up with the appropriate departmental leadership team member or our Executive Director.

Communication with Residents' Families

We have a platform called Connected Living that families can join and download to their phones that serves as an information hub for the Community. Additionally, we have LifeLoop for our Memory Support families. We also communicate by phone, email, and postal service.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, Assisted Living Respite, $180/day. 7 day minimum stay, 30 day maximum.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes. 1 pet, under 40lbs. Pet agreement signed, and one-time $500 pet fee.

Current Waitlist Status

Internal waitlist for Memory Support. Currently, no waitlist for IL or AL.

Availability of Vaccinations

Flu yes, Covid no.

Ability to Age in Place

Yes, we have Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support programs of living. Residents would move apartments with each program of living change. We do currently have availability in our Independent Living and Assisted Living Programs of Care. We are currently full in Memory Support; however, we do not have a waitlist.
