Availability and Accommodations

Our community does not currently have a waitlist for those who can pay privately, ensuring prompt availability for new residents. We offer various types of accommodations, including memory care units and large one-bedroom apartments, each designed to provide comfort and ease of living.

Respite Care Services

We understand the importance of short-term care options and offer respite care services starting at a minimum stay of seven days. This service is designed to provide temporary relief for caregivers, ensuring that residents receive the care and support they need.

Pet-Friendly Environment

Reitenberg Family Assisted Living is a pet-friendly community, allowing residents to bring their small dogs or cats, provided they are under 20 pounds and the resident can take care of them. A one-time fee is required for pet owners.

Move-In Assistance

To help new residents transition smoothly into our community, we recommend several move-in management companies, including Rose's Daughters and General Transitions, which offer services to assist with the moving process.

Transportation Services

Our community provides van transportation services for residents, primarily for local shopping trips in the area, adding convenience to their daily routines.

Dining Experience

We offer a delightful dining experience with three meals a day, seven days a week in our dining room. Residents can choose from multiple meal options, and alternative choices are available for those with dietary restrictions, although we do not cater to specific diets.

Staff and Support

Our staff includes home health aides and an RN on duty during normal business hours Monday through Friday, with an RN always on call. We are committed to providing professional and compassionate care to all residents.

Resident Concerns and Complaints

If residents have any concerns or complaints, they are encouraged to reach out to the housing director to ensure their issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Safety Features

The safety of our residents is a top priority. Our building is secure and always locked, with pull cords and pendants provided to each resident for added security and peace of mind.

Communication with Families

We maintain open lines of communication with the families of our residents, primarily through emails, to keep them informed and involved in the well-being of their loved ones.
