Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants, as well as certified physical, occupational, and respiratory therapists. We have a dedicated staff development nurse responsible for staff education and training.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We prioritize the safety of our residents and do not use restraint devices. Our nursing staff assesses each resident's fall risk and implements tailored care plans, which may include room placement near nursing stations, use of floor mats, and bed adjustments.

Transition Support Services

Each resident is assigned a facility social worker to assist with their transition back into the community.

Transportation Services

While we do not offer transportation services, we can provide a list of transportation and wheelchair van companies.

Dining Experience

We offer open dining during lunch with restaurant-style service. During dinner, residents may eat in the dining room or receive meal trays in their rooms.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Concerns are addressed by the department manager or nurse supervisor, followed by a grievance form and investigation to rectify issues.

Communication with Residents' Families

Communication with families is based on the resident's mental status and consent. Families can inquire about their loved ones as permitted by the resident.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer short-term and respite stays on a private pay basis, with costs ranging from $330-430/day for a semi-private room to $510-600/day for a private room.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, with the requirement that all animals are up to date on their vaccinations.

Vaccinations

Covid and flu vaccinations are available upon request for residents.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place with a designated Long-Term Care (LTC) section. We offer various pricing options for LTC, with a waitlist for LTC Medicaid.
