Pricing and General Information

Memory care daily rate is $210/day, Non-memory care rate is $185/day. These rates are for semi-private rooms. We accept private pay, Medicare, & insurance. For Medicare and insurance, the price includes room and board, 24/7 nursing care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, therapy, and meds. Private pay is responsible for paying medication and therapy. Residents are seen by in-house physicians and nurse practitioners. We also have ancillary services such as dental, podiatry, psychiatric/psychology, hearing, and vision.

Staff and Training

Our direct care staff includes licensed and registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and certified medication aides. We offer online and in-person education on various topics ranging from working with residents with Dementia, skills competencies, to infection control measures.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We round on the residents at least every 2 hours to ensure their safety and well-being.

Transition Support Services

We have a social worker on staff to assist with the transition into our community. Psychology services are also available.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation to appointments and plan to expand our transportation requests upon hiring a driver.

Dining Experience

Residents can choose their meals from a select menu and have the option to eat in the dining room or in their rooms.

Handling Complaints and Issues

All grievances can be relayed to the Administrator or Social worker for resolution.

Communication with Families

Families will be called for any change of condition to keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short, long term, and respite stays. Memory care daily rate is $210/day, Non-memory care rate is $185/day. These rates are for semi-private rooms.

Pet Policy

Visits with a dog on a leash or a cat in a carrier are allowed. We have 2 giant free-roaming bunnies in our courtyard and finches in an aviary in the lobby.

Vaccinations

Residents are able to get Covid and flu vaccinations in the community.

Age in Place

While "age in place" typically refers to CCRCs, our facility, being the skilled nursing part, allows anyone to stay long term (age in place) if they meet medical necessity for 24-hour nursing care. This does not apply to private pay residents.
