Our Staff
Our staff consist of RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s and Physicians. Seton Manor has on-going training for all staff throughout the year. CNA’s receive an additional 12 hours of training.
Safety and Security
We have a locked unit also a wander guard system in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
Social Services
Our Social Services Director sets up home health, DME, meals on wheels, and whatever the resident requires for a safe transition into the community. We are affiliated with local assisted living centers to provide personal care if needed. Our Social Service Director follows up with our residents with weekly phone calls for 4 weeks after discharge.
Transportation
We have two vans: a litter van and a wheelchair accessible van.
Dietary Services
Dietary is based on the individual needs of our patients and residents. We offer dining in our private dining room, outdoor dining areas, and gathering areas.
Grievances
Seton Manor has a grievance number listed on each unit; our Social Services Director is our Grievance Officer. There are also grievance boxes throughout the building for anonymous complaints. We have a Kiosk system with a sign-out rating, which is monitored daily. We have 48 hours to address complaints, but most are addressed immediately.
Rates
Seton Manor’s rates are $385.00 per day for Semi-Private rooms, $425.00 per day for Private-Pay rooms; ancillary charges are additional.
Communication
Responsible parties are notified via phone calls for any updates or changes in conditions. We also have quarterly care plan meetings.
Respite and Short Term Stays
Seton Manor offers respite and short term stays at our regular Semi-Private/Private-Pay Rates. We also have contracts with some hospice agencies for respite care.
Pet-Friendly Facility
Seton Manor is a pet-friendly facility. Recent shot records are required.
Waitlist
We do have a waitlist.
Vaccinations
Seton Manor offers Flu, Pneumonia, and Covid Vaccines in the facility.
Senior Apartments
Seton Manor has senior apartments so residents can age in place.
