For resident safety, the community provides call button lanyards and has pull cords in bathrooms. However, there is no security guard on duty.

Handling Complaints

Residents can file complaints at the front desk or speak directly with staff. The front desk associates will then follow the appropriate channels to address the issue.

Family Communication

The facility maintains regular communication with residents' families through calls and emails, especially regarding changes in status, health concerns, or care plan meetings.

Respite Care
