Independent Living

The community boasts 467 independent living apartments, providing residents with a comfortable and private living space. The community supports aging in place with in-house caregiver services available, ensuring that residents can receive care as their needs evolve over time.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed in the independent living apartments, ensuring that residents do not have to part with their beloved animal companions when they move in.

Transportation Services

For residents' convenience, transportation services are available, making it easier for them to attend appointments, go shopping, or participate in off-site activities.

Staff and Caregiving Services

The community employs a dedicated staff, including 85 caregivers, to provide assistance and support to residents. The staff is committed to allowing residents to age in place, offering personalized care to meet individual needs.

Healthcare and Wellness

There is a full-time doctor's office on-site, which facilitates the administration of vaccines, including flu and COVID-19, and provides general medical care to residents.

Dining Experience

The community offers a five-star dining experience with both restaurant-style dining and a bistro available to residents. This ensures a variety of dining options and high-quality meals for all dietary needs and preferences.

Respite and Short-Term Skilled Nursing

Short-term stays are available in the skilled nursing area, providing respite care not only for residents but also for the public. This allows for temporary care in a professional and supportive environment.

Communication with Families

While the primary communication is with the residents themselves, family members can opt to be included in the mailing list to stay informed about community news and updates.

Complaint Resolution

The community has a process in place to handle complaints and concerns, ensuring that residents' voices are heard and that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

The skilled nursing facility within the community, Radford Green, has been recognized as the sixth best in the state for both short-term and long-term care by US News and Weekly Report, highlighting the quality of care provided.
