Pricing for Assisted Living

Studio apartment: $4,250 per month

One-bedroom apartment: $4,550 to $4,750 per month

Respite Care

Duration: Between 7 and 30 days

Note: Respite care is part of long-term care in the health care center, separate from the vacation plan in assisted living.

Availability

Currently, there is no waitlist for the assisted living option within the community.

Respite Care

Respite care services are available in the health care center, which is part of the long-term care facility. The duration of stay for respite care is between 7 and 30 days.

Aging in Place

Residents have the option to age in place, allowing them to stay in the community as their care needs evolve over time.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in the assisted living section of the community, with the following conditions:

• Pets must weigh no more than 20 pounds.
• Residents must be capable of caring for their pet independently.

Transportation

While the community does not provide general transportation, it does offer transportation services for medical appointments.

Dining Experience

The community features a dining room where residents are expected to dine three times a day. Accommodations for dietary restrictions and allergies are available upon request.

Staff and Longevity

The community prides itself on its long history, having been founded in 1916, and boasts staff members who have been part of the team for up to 54 years.

Safety and Regulations

The community adheres to the necessary safety criteria and regulations as mandated by the state of New Jersey, ensuring a secure environment for all residents.

In the event of a complaint, residents have access to a grievance procedure and can reach out to their unit manager, social worker, or administration for assistance.

The community maintains open lines of communication with resident families, with the method of communication varying depending on the type of admission.
