Overview of Staff and Training

Our facility boasts over 700 staff members who support our residents daily. Our team includes dining, facilities, and clinical professionals. Since our establishment in 1998, we have provided thorough training to ensure our employees are well-prepared to offer the best care.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have pull cords in apartments and around the campus. Our security staff is trained as Emergency Medical Responders and can respond promptly in emergencies. Additionally, our community is gated, with a gatehouse attendant on duty 24/7.

Support Services for Transition into the Community

We offer a "Welcome Home" program that pairs new residents with staff members for support. Additionally, our existing residents have their own welcoming programs, ensuring a high level of support for newcomers.

Transportation Services

The transportation department provides services to local shopping areas, doctors' offices, and organizes special trips for residents.

Dining Experience

Our community features five restaurants, each with a unique menu. One meal per day is included in the monthly fee and consists of soup and salad, an entrée with two sides, and dessert.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they can address it with the Resident Advisory Council or our full-time management team for resolution.

Policy on Communication with Residents' Families

For independent residents, regular correspondence with families is not typical. We contact emergency contacts if needs change or emergencies occur. In higher levels of care, there is likely more communication based on healthcare needs.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer respite options in our continuing care neighborhood, with per diem rates ranging from $475 to $596 per day.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Seabrook welcomes pets and has guidelines to ensure they are conducive to community living.

Waitlist Information

Availability depends on residents' specific needs. We maintain a priority list allowing future residents to specify their apartment preferences and be added to a waitlist if necessary.

Vaccination Services

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations through our on-site medical center.

Aging in Place

We have an on-site home support and home health department to assist residents as they age. As needs evolve, residents may transition to higher levels of care such as assisted living or skilled nursing, both available on-site.
