Overview of Staff and Training

We provide monthly training for all our staff, and we also cover the costs for CNAs to train to become CMAs, ensuring our team is highly skilled and up-to-date with the latest in care practices.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, each one wears a pendant connected to pagers carried by our medical staff. We conduct checks on our residents every 2 hours after 11 p.m. and use walkie-talkies for emergency communication.

Transition Support Services

We collaborate with two companies to help residents and their families with moving in. This includes deciding what to bring, ensuring it fits in their new apartment, scheduling movers, unpacking, and selling unwanted items.

Transportation Services

We offer free transportation services for our residents from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Dining Experience

Our residents enjoy 3 meals a day, with a choice of two entrees, beverages, soup or salad, a starch, a vegetable, and two desserts. We also offer always available items for those who prefer something different.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can directly approach a director with any issues or attend our monthly Resident Counsel meeting. We also involve mediation if necessary, with the POA's agreement.

Cost of Living

Our room and board costs range from $4100 to $5050, with additional service levels costing between $900 and $2700.

Communication with Residents' Families

We keep families updated through social media posts, direct calls for emergencies, and addressing concerns as they arise.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer furnished apartments for short-term or respite stays at a cost of $160 per night.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, requiring a one-time deposit of $1000.

Vaccination Services

We partner with the Medicine Shoppe Advanced to provide Covid and Flu vaccinations, among others, to our residents.

Aging in Place

Most residents age in place as long as they qualify for assisted living. We assist families in finding more specialized care when needed and are currently managing a waiting list.
