Assisted Living Levels of Care
Based on Assessment
- Minimum Level: “Concierge Care” $300
- Levels One through Seven: $600 – $3250
Other Fees
- Community Fee: $3,500 (one-time fee upon move-in)
- Additional Occupant: $750 per month
- Pet Fee $500 (non-refundable)
- Short-Term Respite Care $200 to $250 per day
