Overview of Staff and Training
Our staff includes RN, LPN, CNA, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, ST, BSW, and RD professionals. All staff members undergo annual refresher training on topics such as resident rights, abuse/neglect, safety, HIPAA, and emergency management. Licensed and/or certified staff are required to complete any additional training or education needed to maintain their professional status.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We provide 24/7 nursing staff and routinely check on each resident. For those at high risk for falls or injuries, we implement safety measures like low beds, bedside mats, and increased supervision. We assess each resident's needs for equipment or applications and provide necessary items. Our therapists educate the nursing staff on assistance required for safe transfers, ambulation, and ADLs.
Transition and Support Services
Our social workers assist with discharge planning and coordination to aid residents' transition into the community.

Dining Experience
We offer three meals per day plus snacks. Alternatives and an 'always available' menu are provided. We accommodate special diets, diet consistencies for swallowing difficulties, and enteral nutrition. Residents can choose to dine in their rooms or in the dining room for lunch and supper.
