Apartments Pricing Overview

Apartments range in price from $3100/mo for a petite studio to $3200-$3400/mo for larger studios. Our one-bedroom apartments are $6000/mo.

Included Amenities

We include weekly housekeeping, laundry service, cable TV, transportation twice a week to local doctor appointments, activities, and meals in the monthly rent. Any care fees would be additional and assessed by our Wellness Director.

Additional Fees

Lastly, we have a one-time community fee of $5,000.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

In the Wellness dept. we have caregivers, medication technicians, wellness coordinators and the Wellness Director, Amy Bowman, LVN. They train prior and during employment. Home Health agencies as well as own owners provide training. I can connect you to Amy if you'd like to understand additional information/criteria/etc.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We have each door to the community alarmed. Residents with dementia or cognitive decline wear bracelets that trigger the alarm should they get too close or through those doors. We have cameras in the common areas. All staff wear pagers that alert them to resident or door alarm needs. Residents are all given emergency pendant necklaces/bracelets.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We have three resident ambassadors that welcome all incoming residents by helping them understand the path to activities, dining room and help engage them to feel welcome. All staff do the safe. The first 14 to 30 days we all work together to make sure they know their way around and feel comfortable/welcome.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes. We have a driver 5 days a week.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

There are three meal periods and snacks + hydration available 24/7. There are daily specials offered for lunch and dinner plus an alternatives menu to order from. At lunch and dinner there is a salad bar to eat from too. Servers assist residents tableside. Breakfast has the same menu daily and a breakfast bar to order from.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

They can notify the front desk and they will get the message to the appropriate department head. They can also request to speak directly to the department head at the front desk.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

The Wellness department will be in touch with any concerns that arise. You're welcome to call the community and ask for updates!

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Respite stays are 2 weeks minimum with a 30-day maximum. It is $200/day.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes. Size and animal will be considered at pre-admission. There is a one-time $500 pet fee and a $50 per month pet fee.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

We can take them to their doctor's office or Santa Maria pharmacy to get them the vaccine they desire. We don't provide them on-site.

Are residents able to age in place?

Absolutely! We have all Independant, Assited Living and Memory Care residents living together. They don't need to move to another apratment/floor when their care needs change.
