Staff Training and Operations
Our staff undergo a mandatory online course before starting their roles. Following this, they shadow an experienced staff member to learn the practical aspects of their job. We ensure our staff is available 24/7 and conduct regular safety round checks on the residents.
Transportation and Support Services
For residents coming from another facility or home, we usually provide transportation as a support service. Additionally, we offer transportation services for doctor appointments. Residents also enjoy weekly store trips to Walmart, Target, Ralphs, and the 99 Cent Store, rotating between these options each week.
Addressing Complaints
Any complaints are directly addressed to our administrator to ensure they are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Visitation and Communication
We welcome visitors every day from 8am to 8pm. Family and friends can also call to speak with their loved ones. For updates on a resident's well-being, our care coordinators or med techs are available for conversations.
Respite Stay
We offer respite stay options, with prices ranging between $200-$250 per day, providing temporary relief for primary caregivers.
Pet Policy
Small pets are welcome, provided the resident is capable of taking care of their pet, including feeding, walking, and cleaning up after them.
Vaccinations and Availability
We are currently looking into the vaccination process for new residents, as we have previously had vaccinations administered on-site. We do have availability at the moment for new residents.
