Our Rooms

Our rooms start at $6300 and go up depending on the style of room. We are all-inclusive.

No Additional Fees

We don’t have levels of care where you pay for each ADL.

Types of Professionals on Staff and Training

Our staff includes Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Medication Technicians (Med Techs). All staff members undergo continuous education units (CEUs) and training to remain updated with the latest healthcare practices and standards.

Measures for Resident Safety and Well-being

We are an all-secure community with controlled access. Visitors must be let into the main door and the units to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.

Resources and Support Services for Resident Transition

To aid in the transition of new residents, we offer private sitters for the first few days, ensuring they adjust comfortably to their new environment.

Transportation Services for Residents

Yes, we provide transportation services for our residents to ensure they can attend appointments and engage in community activities.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience includes homemade meals for all three main meals, along with three snacks a day. Additionally, there is always food available for our residents.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they can file a grievance or speak directly with myself to ensure their concerns are addressed promptly.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain frequent communication with residents' families via phone, text, and email to keep them updated about their loved ones’ well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Although we usually do not offer respite stays, occasionally we do. The cost is $300 per day with a minimum stay of 14 days.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We welcome pets that are up-to-date (UTD) on their vaccines, making our community pet-friendly.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents have access to Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Definitely, residents can age in place. We have many residents who receive hospice services here and remain with us until end of life. Currently, we do not have a wait list and have three rooms available.
