Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have nurses and Primary Physicians here as well as our care team that go through a continuous education process.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

The building locks at 8PM and unless you have a fob you will not get access in without being identified. Residents also have a call system in their rooms and Assisted Living is given an emergency call pendant for any medical need.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

Yes, there is always the support of the staff and we have a resident council/ ambassadors that help new residents.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes, in a 12 mile radius.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We have an open dining experience from 7a to 7p. We also have a bistro that has offerings until 2p. Lots of food options!

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

All hands-on deck here! If you have an issue in a certain department, you’d go to that department head, but you can also go to whomever you’re comfortable with to address an issue/ complaint.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

We would update the POA and Healthcare Proxy or Guardian of any change.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Yes, 10% above the base rate. 30 day minimum.
