The senior living community offers both assisted living and memory care services. The memory care unit is specialized for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia, providing a secure and supportive environment for those with memory impairments.

Availability

As of the current update, there is no waitlist for the assisted living services within the community.

Respite Care

Respite care options are available for those in need of short-term stays. The minimum duration for respite care is 30 days, with costs varying based on the resident's income.

Aging in Place

Residents have the ability to age in place, meaning they can continue to live in the community even as their care needs change over time.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed to live within the facility. There is no specific program for pet visits.

Moving Assistance

The community provides staff or movers to assist residents with the moving-in process.

Transportation Services

Transportation is available for residents Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM, and is included in the overall cost of living in the community.

Dining Experience

The community boasts a great dietary manager and offers dining services that include three meals a day and three snacks. Alternative options are available for residents with dietary restrictions or allergies.

Staffing

The staff at the community includes Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), medication technicians (med techs), and a Registered Nurse (RN) who is present for 30 to 40 hours each week.

Safety Features

The dementia unit is a secure, locked unit. For the assisted living side, residents have the freedom to come and go, but the facility's doors are locked at 9 PM for safety.

Vaccinations

COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are available to residents through the community's pharmacy services.

Addressing Complaints

The community has a grievance policy in place. Residents can submit complaints anonymously or discuss them directly with the administrator. An ombudsman is also available for additional support.

Communication with Families

Regular communication with resident families is maintained by the resident care and business office teams to ensure families are kept informed about their loved ones.
