A Registered Nurse (RN) will conduct an assessment to determine which service level is appropriate to meet your needs and ensure your safety. Assessments are completed upon admission, quarterly, annually, and as your care needs change. Service level rates are billed separately from rent.

Comprehensive Home Care Service Levels
At Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake, we want all our residents to have the opportunity to receive care where they want to live. We offer a limited on-site homecare program for those living in independent apartments. A Registered Nurse (RN) will conduct an assessment to determine care needs and develop a plan of care most appropriate for each individual. Saint Therese provides a variety of service levels to ensure you receive the care you need. Homecare services are billed separately from rent. A monthly nurse management fee of $169 will be billed in addition to service levels.
