Accommodation Options

We offer a variety of living spaces to suit the needs and preferences of our residents. Our accommodations range from cozy studios to larger units, all designed with the comfort and safety of our residents in mind. Each space is thoughtfully laid out to provide a homelike feel.

Availability

We currently have openings in various areas of our community, ensuring that we can accommodate new residents without a lengthy wait list.

Pet Policy

While we do not allow pets to reside in our community, we understand the joy and comfort they bring. Therefore, pets are welcome to visit and spend time with their owners.

Moving into a new home can be a significant transition, and we encourage families to arrange for their moving services. Whether it's personal belongings or furniture, families can either move items themselves or hire a moving company.

Transportation Services

Our community provides transportation for residents, including wheelchair-accessible vans for local travel. We also have a bus for group outings, ensuring our residents can enjoy excursions and activities outside the community.

Dining Experience

Our dining services offer a variety of meal options to cater to the tastes and dietary needs of our residents. With an always-available menu, regular entrees, and a selection of sides and desserts, residents can enjoy three nutritious meals and snacks each day in a communal dining setting.

Staff and Care

Our dedicated staff includes registered nurses, LPNs, certified medication aides, and certified nursing aides, all trained to provide the highest level of care and support to our residents.

Safety and Security

We prioritize the safety and security of our residents with features such as a secured memory care unit, wearable pendants for emergency alerts, and fall mats for those at risk of falling. Our staff is always on hand to ensure the well-being of each resident.

Addressing Concerns

If a resident has a complaint or concern, they can speak directly with the manager of their unit or our administrator. We also provide contact information for the ombudsman should residents feel their concerns are not being adequately addressed within our community.

Communication with Families

We maintain open lines of communication with the families of our residents through phone calls, emails, care plan meetings, and quarterly newsletters. While we do not currently use an app for communication, we ensure that families are kept informed and involved in the care of their loved ones.
